I recently had the good fortune to visit and shoot an exhibition of rare and rarely seen Kurt Cobain artefacts which was held in the Museum of Style Icons in Newbridge Town.
The personal highlight for me was getting to sit in his old Dodge Dart, which was on display outside the museum. I really got a sense of its history and significance sitting there clutching the steering wheel. The stories it could tell.
I nearly soiled myself when the guy in charge of looking after it and was kind enough to let me shoot its interior said, "I suppose they weren't that bad, but give me Dan Fogelberg any day of the week, do you remember him, now he was class"! A big thanks to Marie Brennan and William Doyle of Newbridge Silverware for making the whole thing possible.
